What shipping method do you use?
You have three delivery options to choose from. If you live near our workshop in Waterloo (Belgium), you can pick it up for free. You then have the choice between a home delivery (Bpost or Mondial Relay depending on the country) or a delivery to a pick-up point.
How can I track my package?
Once your package has been prepared by our team, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your package and the link to the tracking page.
I ordered on your website and I haven't received my package yet, what should I do?

What payment methods can I use?
You have three payment options. Either by bank transfer. By using this method, your package will be sent as soon as payment is received. Either by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, ...) via Stripe. Or by Bancontact through your bank's payment page.
Is the payment secure?
We guarantee complete security for all purchases made on our site. The secure transaction system is provided by Stripe for all payments made with a credit card. The secure payment platform PayPal is also available on the webshop.
What are the return and withdrawal conditions for a package?
You have the option to return one or more items (jewelry and watches sold on the main platform) within a fourteen (14) day period, starting from the date of receipt. Any returned item must be in its original packaging or case, protected in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of its invoice, and sent by registered mail with tracking number to the following address:

In case of a dispute regarding the date or the customer's right of withdrawal, it will be up to the customer to prove that they have exercised their right. Products that have been damaged, altered or soiled by the customer will not be accepted. In case of withdrawal, TVW SRL will reimburse the customer the amount of their invoice by bank transfer, no later than thirty (30) days after the date on which the product was retrieved and its condition validated. TVW will not be required to reimburse the customer's shipping costs when the customer chooses a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery option.
I received a promo code but I don't know how to use it, what should I do?
You can add your promo code by clicking on your cart. Then, simply enter the code in the "Promo Code" box and click "Add".

Is there a warranty when I buy jewelry/a watch on your webshop?
All jewelry purchased on our site is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase. Watches, on the other hand, are guaranteed for 6 or 12 months, depending on the service performed on the latter. If you notice any defects or issues with your purchased product, please don't hesitate to contact us within 6 or 12 months of the purchase date. Our team will work to find a resolution that suits you.
Are the jewelry pieces certified?
As a jeweller, The Vintage Workshop can provide authenticity certificates for any jewelry items that we sell. All jewelry items come with a certificate that lists the item's characteristics, such as material (metal), stone, weight, date of purchase, etc.
